Lema: New Partnership with CEI Company

LE.MA S.r.l. Srl a socio unico is proud to announce its new partnership with C.E.I. S.p.A. (Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi S.p.A.).
The acquisition took place on the 23rd April 2021. The CEO Giordano Zauli is going to keep the operational management of LE.MA and he will be part of C.E.I.’s Board of Direction.
The main purpose and goals of this new union is to get much more stability, reliability, and higher quality standards thanks to the fusion of these two companies which have been leaders in these markets for decades. C.E.I is a company which has a leadership in the mechanical and engineering field and with its large know-how will bring to LE.MA many innovations and new growth opportunities.
The target is to built up new synergies in order to deal with a new market in the best way, due to its increasing competitiveness and volatility. For your information, nothing will change in the working level. You will always refer to the same offices/people.
Unity is strength, we will win together, C.E.I. and LE.MA are going to work together to represent the new Italian hub for the trucks’ spare parts.
